I am supposed to be making my nephew a viking/ norse quilt. I can not find much in the way of fabric, panels or patterns. Was this one you just designed yourself? If you have any ideas where I can find something that is not child like, I would appreciate the advise. It is a beautiful piece.
OOH! I love it xx
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!! I bet your hubby loves the fact you made it from the thimble he gave you AND it will be showcased in your home!!! Love it Rhianon
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, a true masterpiece!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work! I hope that you enter it in to some shows--I know I would love to see it up close. And I think I need to take some art classes!
ReplyDeleteRhianon - it is absolutely an awesome piece of fiber art! You are such an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteVery lovely! I can almost hear the hissing of the water as it cuts through.
ReplyDeleteThis is soooo cute!!! And congratulations on the new quilting frame! Your quilting is "out of this world" already!
ReplyDeleteI Googled you after seeing your owl quilt on the Quiltville Facebook page -- your quilts and quilting are just beyond amazing!
