More Disappearing 9 patches

Take a pile of 5" squares

Sew 9 together , then chop them into quarters.

Always have the darkest square in the center.

Re-arrange and sew them back together any way you want to. Play around and see what you like best.
 Et Voila !
This pattern is oh so simple but really effective especially if you have to make a quilt in a hurry. Love it!
